Have a Birthday coming up? Our parties are action packed, fun-filled events! Since we only hold one party at a time – you’ll never share the space with another group. Party ninjas participate in special obstacle courses, team challenges and enjoy refreshments in our spacious party room.
Ninja also offers Holiday/Vacation Camps and is a great way for ninja campers to experience the entire ninja program, play camp games and have lots of fun in an exciting camp environment.
Looking for a cool Field Trip or Team Building event? We host those as well, give us a call and we will customize a 1 to 2 hour event for you!
USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round training program which uses various plyometric skill sets based on gymnastics, sport climbing, cross training, parkour, and track and field. We combine the use of these skills in order to run obstacle based challenges, various feets of strength, and play both team and individual based games. The sport of Ninja is quickly becoming the most fun and creative way to meet the physical needs of today’s kids! Ninja Challenge is open to both girls and boys ages 4 to 17.
Our class program has 6 levels to master, and each level has 27 different skills to achieve. Ninjas that demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level of training. Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities and effort. The purpose of the program is to build a Ninja’s physical capability, self-esteem, confidence, and sense of accomplishment one obstacle at a time. Ninja participants are encouraged to be supportive and respectful to their fellow classmates, giving our classes a sense of comradery which often builds friendships that exist outside of the gym.
Our Ninja Trainers have a limited number of students per class for whom they are responsible. All Ninjas receive the personal training and instruction necessary to help them progress. We focus on keeping kids active, on task and motivated to improve their skills, all while ensuring their activities are both fun and safe!
Confidence is key to a good social life; physical activity helps with that. As you become stronger and faster, your self-confidence will grow, you’ll be able to take pride in the physical things you can now do and appreciate the progress you’ve made.
Physical activity can also help your concentration skills, by providing a release valve for stress and pressure and encouraging higher levels of endorphins. If you can concentrate well on important work and social tasks, you’ll be happier overall.
Being social is most enjoyable when you feel good about yourself, have a positive self-image and high self-esteem. Exercise can help with that. By maintaining a healthy weight and an uplifted mood, you’ll feel better about yourself and can engage in social activities fully and frequently.
One of the biggest social benefits of exercise is just that – an improved social life. Especially if you participate in team sports or exercise with a group, you’ll develop greater empathy and social skills. You’ll also make new friends and gain new social outlets.
